Meet Scheele Property Management

I’m Louisa Scheele, the owner and employing broker of Scheele Property Management. I’ve spent more than 20 years working in property management here in Northern Colorado, and I’ve built my company around professionalism, integrity, and personal service. I take pride in helping owners protect their investments and in making tenants feel at home. With a hands-on approach and a deep knowledge of Colorado’s landlord–tenant laws, I’ve built strong relationships with vendors and clients, and I’m always looking for ways to adapt and improve as the market changes. Outside of work, I love traveling and exploring new places. Family is at the heart of my life, and I cherish time with my children, granddaughter and 3 dogs.

I’ve been working in property management for the past 3 years, handling everything from tenant communication and rent collection to coordinating repairs and keeping properties in great shape. I enjoy building good relationships with both tenants and owners, and I always aim to keep things running smoothly and stress-free. No matter the rental, I take pride in making sure everything is well taken care of.

I believe that taking care of people is just as important as taking care of properties. I am new to property management but bring a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a genuine interest in creating smooth, stress-free experiences for everyone I encounter. I’m focused on learning quickly, staying organized, and making sure properties are well cared for and run efficiently. I'm excited to grow in this field and build solid relationships along the way!
